## 1. SHIPPING POLICY

**Delivery across Kuwait**
Petsofy delivers to all areas of Kuwait.
**Same-day delivery**
Same-day delivery is available on orders placed during our working hours, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Orders placed after closing are delivered the next day.
**Delivery charges**
The delivery charge depends on your area. The exact charge is shown at checkout, or you can confirm it with us before ordering by calling or messaging 94027666 on WhatsApp.
**Order processing**
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation. Our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
**Delivery delays**
Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, national holidays, or other events outside our control. If your order is delayed we will contact you.
**Incorrect address**
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If we cannot reach you or the address is wrong, the order may be returned and a second delivery charge may apply.
**Pickup**
You are welcome to collect your order from us instead of paying for delivery. Choose pickup at checkout, or contact us on 94027666 to arrange it.

## 2. REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
**Eligibility**
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
**How to start a return**
Contact us at petsofykwt@gmail.com, or call or WhatsApp 94027666. Once your return is approved we will tell you how and where to send the item, or arrange collection.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

**Damages and wrong items**
Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us immediately on 94027666 so we can put it right.
**Items that cannot be returned**
- Opened pet food, treats and other perishable goods
- Grooming and personal care products once opened
- Special or personalised orders
- Sale items and gift cards
Booked services — grooming appointments and pet hotel stays — are not returnable. Please contact us directly to change or cancel a booking.
If you are unsure about a specific item, contact us before ordering.
**Exchanges**
The fastest way to exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
**Refunds**
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

**SECTION 3 — PET SERVICES (GROOMING AND PET HOTEL)**
Grooming appointments and pet hotel stays are booked through our website or directly with our team.
All pets must be registered before a pet hotel stay. Registration is completed at our store at drop-off.
Pet hotel drop-off and pick-up take place during store hours, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Each stay is counted per day.
We reserve the right to decline a service booking if we believe a pet is unwell, aggressive, or otherwise unsuitable for the service, in the interest of the safety of the animal, other animals in our care, and our staff.
You confirm that any information you provide about your pet's health, behaviour and vaccination status is accurate and complete.
**SECTION 4 — ORDERS**
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Petsofy may accept or decline your order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Refund Policy.
