Who We Are

Petsofy ("we", "us", or "our") operates pet supply stores in the United Arab Emirates (petsofy.ae) and Kuwait (petsofy.net), as well as the Petsofy mobile app.

What the App Stores on Your Device

The Petsofy app keeps the following information on your device only. This information is not sent to us, and we cannot access or read it:

• Which store you chose (UAE or Kuwait)
• Your chosen colour theme
• Your shopping cart
• Products you saved to Favourites
• Products you recently viewed

Clearing the app's data or reinstalling the app removes all of this information from your device.

What Happens When You Shop

Product listings, prices, and stock come from our Shopify storefront. When you tap Checkout, the app opens Shopify's secure hosted checkout inside the app.

Any details you enter at checkout — including your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and payment details — are collected and processed by Shopify, not by the Petsofy app.

The app never sees or stores your payment information. Shopify's handling of that data is covered by their Privacy Policy.

We receive the resulting order information, including what you bought, delivery address, and contact details, in order to fulfil and deliver your order.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not require you to create an account to use the app.
• We do not collect your location.
• We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• The app contains no third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

How Long We Keep Order Data

Order records are retained for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet accounting and tax obligations in the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait.

Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about your orders by emailing:

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
