Petsofy delivers to all areas of Kuwait.

Same-day delivery

Same-day delivery is available on orders placed during our working hours, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Orders placed after closing are delivered the next day.

Delivery charges

The delivery charge depends on your area. The exact charge is shown at checkout, or you can confirm it with us before ordering by calling or messaging 97151577 on WhatsApp.

Order processing

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation. Our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Delivery delays

Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, national holidays, or other events outside our control. If your order is delayed we will contact you.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If we cannot reach you or the address is wrong, the order may be returned and a second delivery charge may apply.

You are welcome to collect your order from us instead of paying for delivery. Choose pickup at checkout, or contact us on 97151577 to arrange it.
