A simple checklist to prepare your cat or small dog for a stay at a pet hotel in Kuwait, plus what the Petsofy pet hotel includes and costs.
Leaving your cat or small dog at a pet hotel for the first time can feel stressful, for you and for your pet. A little preparation makes the stay calmer. This guide covers what to do before drop-off and what to expect at the Petsofy pet hotel in Kuwait.
Before the stay
- Visit the shop first. Seeing the place and meeting the team helps you feel confident. Petsofy is in Al Rai, Block 1, Street 35, Building 221, open every day 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Keep the routine familiar. Feed the same food at the usual times in the days before the stay.
- Bring something that smells like home, such as a small blanket or a toy.
- Decide on meals. You can choose a stay with meals, where we provide the food, or without meals if you prefer to send your pet's own food.
On drop-off day
Every pet is registered before check-in. The registration form is completed at the store when you drop your pet off, so allow a few extra minutes. Drop-off and pick-up are during store hours, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
