Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Contact us at petsofykwt@gmail.com, or call or WhatsApp 97151577. Once your return is approved we will tell you how and where to send the item, or arrange collection.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and wrong items
Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us immediately on 97151577 so we can put it right.
Items that cannot be returned
- Opened pet food, treats and other perishable goods
- Grooming and personal care products once opened
- Special or personalised orders
- Sale items and gift cards
Booked services — grooming appointments and pet hotel stays — are not returnable. Please contact us directly to change or cancel a booking.
If you are unsure about a specific item, contact us before ordering.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
For any question about a refund, contact us at petsofykwt@gmail.com or on 97151577.
